All the pre exam related tasks starting from syllabus generating to grading system can be handled online and can be shared with the student and parents for better understanding of the test.
Result management
Marks, garde along with the teacher’s comment can be shared with the students and parents. After the final exam student’s permission to be promoted to upper class is also assigned by the school authority.
Fees Management
All the fees invoice can be generated and shared with the respected personnel through the fees management process. Parents and students can check on their fees status and pay them online using digital platforms. This system makes fees collection easier and safer for both end users.

Multi School Addon
How it works
- Create school branches from the new menu “Back office > School Manager”
- Switch to a school by making it active and manage all of it’s data
- Set one or multiple school admin account for a specific school
- Student, teacher, parent will get access to the specific school they are assigned to
Sms Center Addon
How it works
- Navigate to “Back Office > Sms Center > Sms Settings” to configure a sms gateway and activate it
- Now navigate to “Send Sms” page
- From left side, select student or parent or teacher as sms reciever
- You can choose class and targetted student or parent from a list
- Write your message within 160 character count and click “send sms”
- Your message will be sent to the selected users mobile number through your activated sms gateway
